I have used the following for interior parts:

• Europa Specialist Spares (01283 815609)
  They have a large number of miscellaneous parts, and is where I bought my yellow instruments from (which do not appear in the 2000 catalogue). They also sell Image wheels, which I'll be buying when I change them.
• Demon Tweeks (01978 664466)
  They have some good stuff (such as exhaust tailpipes), but mostly cater for the "Max Power" crowd. However, some of their switches appear on my current dashboard.
• Maplin Electronics ()
  These are electronics specialists, but they do have some automotive parts.
• Farnell Electronics ()
  These are also electronics specialists, and have few automotive parts, but they do have some nice switches will find their way onto my next dashboard.
• Woolies ()
  These are similar to the first two, except they have a wider selection if interior parts.
